Client Puzzle:
Governor ordered major department of state government to conduct diversity training.  
Respect Inc. Solution:
Designed and implemented three types of solutions: one for top administrators, one for all managers and supervisors, and one for all employees. All shared a common theme and focus, but fit the skill needs of each audience. Based on the success of their approach, Respect Inc. was asked to provide customized leadership development.
Client Puzzle:
Regional leaders of an international religious denomination needed a strategic plan to end racism and increase church membership by an emphasis on racial and cultural inclusion.
Respect Inc. Solution:
Developed and obtained funding for a 3-year strategic plan. Established a diversity council to lead the change and provided on-going consultation. Designed facilitator training for clergy and lay people to act as diversity resources within their congregations. Developed diversity awareness education for clergy and lay leaders. The success of this approach led to its adoption by another regional group within the denomination.
Client Puzzle:
Growing technology company wanted to make their culture more welcoming to a wide variety of employees.  
Respect Inc. Solution:
Respect Inc. interviewed senior management to understand the organizational goals.  Customized education for Board members to support the "respectful culture" effort.  Worked with senior management to develop a strategic plan to govern the change process, and designed unique education to help employees understand diversity issues and improve relationships and communications.
