Customized Consultation and Training Development

Since 1992, Respect Inc. has been developing and delivering unique solutions to people puzzles. To begin, we learn about the organization.  Sometimes this research can be as straightforward as one or two client meetings, or a complex process involving interviews, surveys, and focus groups. It is always a partnership with the client, who enables the research to take place and puts the findings in context.

Once we have a good feel for the employees and their challenges, Respect Inc., develops a plan for improvement.   We enable dialogue, coach for performance improvement, resolve conflict, revise policies, institutionalize new behaviors and adjust organizational structure, roles and responsibilities.

If education is involved, we draw on our many tried and true activities, knowledge of adult learning theory, and extensive facilitation skills to develop customized training.  The training design is discussed with the client as it is developed, and often a pilot program is tested. It is common that customized training utilizes Respect Inc. facilitators. However, some projects have included workshop design and the training of in-house facilitators so the client can independently deliver the workshop.
